  2. Guide your project through town planning and building permission
  3. Operate under a fully transparent fee for service arrangement – no hard sell or hidden kick-backs or commissions
  4. Provide thorough & high-quality documentation to facilitate accurate pricing and hassle-free construction
  5. Obtain quotes from all consultants giving you choice in who is used on your project
  6. Draw on the resources of a trusted network of like-minded consultants and builders
  7. Consult directly with trades or suppliers where your project requires in-depth research for special elements or finishes
  8. Provide a highly accountable yet flexible level of service to suit your project needs
  9. Assist in decision making by making sure you have all the information you need when you need it
  10. Assist in the negotiation of construction contract terms
  11. Administer the construction contract as an independent 3rd party
  12. Work closely with yourself & the builder throughout the build in a supportive and pragmatic manner
