Brighton St, Richmond


Located on a tight corner site in Richmond and subject to a heritage overlay this existing inner-city dwelling was given a facelift, renovated throughout and extended to the rear.

With a layout and aesthetic driven by the owner to suit their immediate living needs and with a keen eye for possible resale through the clever maximisation of space, the project also needed to fit within the construction capabilities and budget of the owner/builder.

Working closely to steer the project through the complex regulatory environment of planning and building compliance, CVA provided ongoing project support underpinned by a cohesive set of documentation tailored to the specifics of the project. Continued involvement and flexibility in responding to an array of client-driven design changes occurring throughout the build saw this project to a successful completion.
